Renalogic, Inc. seeks a Clinical Nurse Coach to provide remote health coaching to members at risk for chronic kidney disease or with CKD.
You will collaborate with members to improve understanding and management of health conditions and behaviors impacting kidney health. You will work PST hours with some evening/weekend flexibility, supporting members remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance and NCQA-aligned care plans.
Salary based on location: $78,000 - $85,000 if EST or CST; $86,000 - $92,000 if MST or PST. Plus annual bonus and merit increases contingent upon company performance.

As a Clinical Nurse Coach, you’ll be responsible for providing remote health coaching to members at risk for chronic kidney disease or have chronic kidney disease. Clinical Nurse Coaches work in partnership with participating members to increase their understanding and management of conditions and behaviors that impact kidney health.
To best serve our members, you’ll need to work PST hours and flex your schedule when their availability is limited to evenings or weekends.
