Job summary

Live Well Homecare’s RN position supports the Behavioral Assessment Response Team (BART) at a children’s hospital, providing care for patients with complex behavioral health needs. The role involves floating throughout the hospital to educate staff on escalation prevention, review and update behavioral plans, respond to CPI events, and foster relationships with patients and families.

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric behavioral health RN experience preferred.
• RN license required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Prior CPI training is advantageous.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills; safety-consciousness is essential.
