Ready to take the next step in your nursing career with the top health system in the region? Chester County Hospital is hiring experienced NICU RNs for full night shift, 7:00pm-7:30am. We are the only Level III NICU in Chester County and staffed with neonatal specialists 24 hours a day. We have state‑of‑the‑art advanced technology to support our newborns and 14 licensed beds with the capability to hold 20 babies.

Education, Training and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Must have a minimum of 24 months NICU experience.
• Training and specialty‑specific education programs are provided during orientation and must be successfully completed as scheduled.

Licensure and Certification

• Current Pennsylvania RN License.
• CPR certification required.
• NRP certification required, or must complete within 12 months of hire.
