Job Overview

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Clinical Network Development Specialist III to join our Practitioner Contracting/Communications team. This role involves recruiting various clinical practitioner types to support our health plan clients.

Salary Range

Full-Time Annual Salary: $45,000 to $60,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.

Remote Work Considerations

This position is remote; candidates must work from a designated home area with company-provided technology. A stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) is required for online meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clinical practitioners to promote ASH and execute contracts.
  • Maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Deliver effective presentations and build positive relationships.
  • Send practitioner packets and recruitment materials.
  • Correspond electronically with practitioner offices.
  • Identify outreach opportunities and coordinate with supervisors.
  • Travel within states and nationally as needed.
  • Identify network development needs, including underserved areas.
  • Communicate recruitment progress to management.
  • Assist with special projects, conferences, and health fairs.
  • Conduct practitioner outreach via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Mentor telephonic recruiters and support new staff.
  • Research and summarize relevant data as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required if equivalent experience.
  • At least four years in sales, healthcare contracting, or related fields; or two years at ASH as a Telerecruiter.
  • Travel experience preferred.
  • Contract negotiation skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organized, results-oriented team player.
