Description

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Clinical Network Development Specialist III to join our Practitioner Contracting/Communications team. This position will successfully recruit all clinical practitioner types.

Salary Range

American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $45,000 to $60,000 Full-Time Annual Salary Range.

Remote Worker Considerations

Candidates selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires a stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload to participate in online meetings via video.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with various clinical practitioner types to promote ASH and execute practitioner contracts for key health plan clients, supporting relationships and delivery system updates.
  • Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines even when priorities change.
  • Deliver effective presentations, handle objections productively, and build positive relationships.
  • Send practitioner packets and other recruitment materials to support contracting efforts.
  • Generate electronic correspondence with practitioner offices.
  • Identify outreach opportunities and coordinate with supervisor and corporate office.
  • Travel within the state and nationally as required.
  • Determine network development areas based on campaign needs, including underserved rural areas.
  • Communicate with supervisor and management to meet recruitment goals.
  • Assist with special projects, conferences, and health fairs as directed.
  • Contact practitioners via phone and face-to-face for relations, education, and issue resolution, meeting monthly recruitment goals.
  • Mentor telephonic recruiters, support new staff, perform buddy calls, and assess skills.
  • Train recruitment staff and perform role-play scenarios.
  • Research internet data and prepare summaries as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent; high school diploma required if experience is equivalent.
  • Minimum four years in sales, healthcare provider contracting, or related fields, or two-year Telerecruiter experience at ASH.
  • Travel experience preferred.
  • Contract negotiation skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Acceptable credit for company Amex Card eligibility.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, results-oriented team player.
