Job summary

Rad AI, a pioneering healthcare AI company, seeks a navigator with radiology follow-up experience to design and lead patient follow-up programs. You'll work with radiology teams and health systems to ensure timely follow-ups and optimal patient care.

Ideal candidates have hands-on follow-up workflow experience, strong familiarity with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), and can translate clinical needs into product feedback and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in radiology follow-up, navigation, or care coordination.
• Experience designing a follow-up program and leading the staff who run it.
• Hands-on experience working a follow-up worklist and tracking patients through to a completed follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Partner with implementation and customer success to design a customer's follow-up program around staffing, referral patterns, and EHR.
• Advise on configuration decisions including worklist setup, letter templates, outreach cadences, and resolution reasons.
• Support navigator training and user acceptance testing ahead of each go-live.
• Serve as the clinical resource a customer's navigation team can bring questions to during their first months live.
• Bring the navigator's perspective to product requirements, design reviews, and prioritization.
• Review our follow-up recommendations and categorization alongside our clinical team.
