Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Round Rock seeks a Clinical Navigator to help grow referrals and coordinate patient assessments within our Round Rock facility. You will meet providers, build relationships, and work with the admissions team to move patients through the rehab process.

The role requires a health-related degree, current licensure in a related field, and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in LTAC or rehabilitation settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related field preferred with current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably in rehabilitation/LTACH.
• Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates referral relationships, manages assigned territory, and completes patient assessments.
• Makes sales contacts and analyzes referral/admission data with the admissions team.
• Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders to facilitate referrals and patient satisfaction.

Education

Health-related degree

Current professional licensure in nursing/RT/PT/OT/SLT
