The Clinical Member Care Specialist will organize and provide Member Care for East-West personnel and their families. Additionally, the specialist will provide training, resources, and Member Care referrals as needed so that personnel have the resources they need to thrive in their relationships and ministries. As appropriate, they will participate in local ministry, in coordination with local leadership. The specialist must maintain appropriate US licensure, and HIPAA certification, including CEU's and supervision as required by your licensing board. As an ambassador of faith in Christ and rooted in Biblical principles, this position will actively minister to EW leadership, staff, partners and the community in a manner that exhibits Christ-character through personal and corporate spiritual disciplines. This position is responsible for ensuring all position duties are clearly aligned with East-West's Vision, Mission, Values, and Biblical Principles.
