Outlier helps innovative companies improve their AI models through human feedback. We are looking for experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to contribute their expertise in a flexible, remote freelance role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text generated by AI models.
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine.
3. Evaluating and ranking responses produced by AI models.

Desired qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional.
• Ability to communicate concepts clearly in fluent English.

Compensation:

Pay rates range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Additional incentives may be available for certain projects. Please review specific payment terms for each project.
