Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Manager with scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Prepare patients for visits by rooming, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical history in the EMR.
• Obtain consents and complete visit-related forms; maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Perform in-office testing and EKGs; assist providers with procedures.
• Support pre-visit planning, referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up testing.
• Maintain supply readiness and help with administrative and customer service tasks.
