Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and medication lists accurately
• Obtain blood samples by venipuncture or capillary methods
• Prepare patient charts and ensure charting in EHR per Joint Commission standards
• Schedule diagnostic tests and coordinate with staff
• Maintain infection control and safe environment
• Provide coverage for co-workers as needed
• Manage documentation and correspondence
