Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Florida. The position blends administrative tasks with direct patient care, including documenting symptoms, taking vital signs, injections, specimen collection, and phlebotomy.

You will support scheduling, maintain exam rooms, and adhere to safety and infection control protocols in a fast-paced clinical setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; MA training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of medical assistant experience; 5+ years may substitute for certification.
• Phlebotomy experience and vaccine administration are essential.
• CPR certification is mandatory for patient-facing work.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred for effective communication.
• Knowledge of value-based care practices (HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Document patient symptoms and medical history in the EMR accurately.
• Measure vital signs, administer injections, and assist with diagnostic tests.
• Collect specimens and perform phlebotomy with proper labeling.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain clean examination rooms.
• Support scheduling and administrative documentation for patients.
• Follow safety protocols including TB screening and infection control.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives and patient experience programs.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Center Administrator.
