Qualifications

• Experience using EMR systems and documenting patient information accurately.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Phlebotomy experience and ability to draw blood.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examinations and treatments under physician supervision.
• Record patient histories, vital signs and health information.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms with supplies and equipment.
• Perform basic clinical procedures (BP, height/weight, specimen collection).
• Administer medications, vaccines, and injections per provider guidance.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals for diagnostic tests and specialists.
• Maintain accurate EMR entries and patient confidentiality.
• Process prescriptions with physician approval and communicate with labs.
• Return patient calls and relay information as needed.
• Travel between locations to provide coverage as required.
• Assist with allergy skin testing under supervision and document results.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-testing instructions and safety.
