Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Medical Assistant for our onsite Medical Center. You will provide clinical support to medical and specialty providers and perform duties as directed by clinical leadership or practice management.

The role offers compensation of $23.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, PTO, 401(k) with a 3% company match, onsite wellness centers, and education

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical clinical skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Current and active medical assistant certification; CPR certification included.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessments; patient history; vital signs; EKGs; phlebotomy (blood draws); and injections.
• Manages the stocking of treatment rooms and ensures their cleanliness.
• Partners with lab facilities to ensure compliance with EHMG policies and OSHA guidelines.
