Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support in our onsite Medical Center. Responsibilities include patient assessments, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs and injections, with room preparation and sanitation.

CPR is required and certification as a Medical Assistant is expected. The role offers compensation of $23.00–$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a strong benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical clinical skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with computers.
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessments; patient history; vital signs; EKGs; phlebotomy; and injections.
• Manages the stocking of treatment rooms and ensures their cleanliness.
• Partners with lab facilities to ensure compliance with EHMG policies and OSHA guidelines.
