Erickson Senior Living Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support at the onsite Medical Center. You will perform initial assessments, vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy and injections, and help maintain treatment rooms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical clinical skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessments; patient history; vital signs; EKGs; phlebotomy and injections.
• Manages stocking of treatment rooms and ensures cleanliness.
• Partners with lab facilities to ensure compliance with EHMG policies and OSHA guidelines.
