Qualifications

• High School Required or GED Preferred.
• Basic Medical Terminology (Low proficiency).
• Electronic Scheduling (Low proficiency).
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience (Medium proficiency).
• BLS within 3 months of hire within 90 Days Required.
• CMA Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.
• Fulfills patient care responsibilities including patient flow and assisting providers.
• Maintains exam rooms, stocks supplies and ensures cleanliness.
• Manages EMR/EHR queues and lab/radiology orders as directed.
• Supports patient records, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Participates in team huddles and daily practice meetings.
