Job summary

North Memorial Health in New Hope, MN is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinic operations and patient care teams. The role focuses on managing patient flow, supporting providers, and performing delegated duties within the Blaze Health scope of practice.

You will work closely with the Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager and providers to ensure efficient, compassionate care for patients of all ages, across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with on-the-job experience.
• Graduate of a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program with on-the-job experience and passing the RMA exam.
• Six months of previous Medical Assistant experience within the North Memorial Health system.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow throughout the clinic and assist providers with care.
• Communicate progress, concerns or problems to the health care team as needed.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager, and Providers to meet defined goals.
