Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of Medical Assistant program required.
• MA certification preferred.
• Experience with patient intake, vitals and basic clinical procedures preferred.

Aufgaben

• Work with clinical care team to deliver care and improve outcomes.
• Set up medical equipment and perform routine tests; administer injections and collect specimens.
• Interview patients and obtain medical history.
• Measure and record vitals in patient EHR.
• Blood draws and specimen processing.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist in procedures.
• Review orders and handle referrals/prior authorizations as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient confidentiality.
