• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
• Prepare patients for exams and document vital signs and chief complaints.
• Order and stock medical supplies; assist with minor office procedures as directed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow clinic policies and infection control guidelines.
