Concentra, Inc is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Salt Lake City team. You will perform routine medical procedures, assist clinicians, and manage front-office duties to ensure efficient patient flow and compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with externship preferred
• At least 1 year direct patient care as MA or military medical experience preferable
• Knowledge of medical terminology and occupational medicine requirements (state specific) preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations; take vital signs and arrange testing
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments
• Perform routine medical procedures and triage when needed
• Handle front-office duties: check-in/out, scheduling, and patient records
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
