Responsibilities

• Complete clinical intake procedures: measure and record patient data (height, weight, vitals) and document in the EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and document in the EMR.
• Collect patient specimens following established protocols.
• Follow clinical policies to support patient safety and clinic efficiency.
• Utilize EMR to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Use medical terminology and references as required for duties.
• Maintain attention to detail in documentation and specimen handling.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
• Accept feedback and adjust performance accordingly.
• Manage tasks with basic time-management and prioritization.
• Identify patient concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Demonstrate patient-centered interactions and respect for patients.
