Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to work full-time, Monday–Friday in Aiea.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain provider schedules.
• Update and file patient medical records.
• Coordinate clinical information between providers, other clinical staff and patients.
• Coordinate radiology and lab orders.
• Call in or send electronic prescriptions through certified EHR.
• Instructing and explaining pre-procedure instructions.
• Check phone messages and respond promptly.
• Demonstrate professional, caring communication with diverse patients.
