Job summary

Primary Care and Urgent Care office is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. You will prepare for each patient visit by pulling charts, assist with routine tasks alongside nurses, and help track tests and lab results to keep patients informed.

You will also manage medical supplies, set up equipment, clean instruments, and support front desk duties. Ideal candidates have customer service skills and office experience and a desire to learn in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired.

As a Medical Assistant, you will prepare for each patient visit by pulling charts and notes before their arrival, provide routine support alongside nurses and medical staff, and assist with keeping track of tests and lab reporting to ensure everything arrives on time and the patient is kept informed on their condition and care. You will also help manage the inventory of medical supplies, set up machines and testing equipment, and clean instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment, and has previous office experience.
