Child Mind Institute in San Mateo, CA, seeks a Clinical Marketing and Outreach Specialist to drive referral leads via outreach, campaigns and events. The role requires in-office presence at least four days per week, with the team in the San Mateo office guiding priorities.

You will partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to promote services, develop email outreach, and build relationships with referral sources, educators, and clinicians.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field is required.
• 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field with demonstrated creativity in referral generation and outreach.
• 1 year of relevant experience in medical practice, school setting, or on a marketing team.
• Experience leading planning, organizing and marketing events.
• Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Availability to support events that may occur on evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop Clinical Marketing campaigns including digital and email marketing and promotional materials.
• Influence development and implementation of marketing plans for clinical practice and programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as mental health providers, school staff, and medical professionals.
• Write and manage communications to referral sources to promote clinical services and engage parents and educators.
