Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, higher education clinical management, or large-scale workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analyses of clinical capacity and partner engagement to support program expansion.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with clinical partners across markets.
• Assess and validate clinical capacity to inform enrollment projections and program mix.
• Coordinate transitions of partnerships to internal operations post-launch.
• Travel regularly within assigned markets to meet with clinical partners.
