Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, higher education clinical management, or large-scale workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Market Analysis, Feasibility & Partner Engagement: conduct market-level analysis of clinical capacity and engage prospective clinical partners to validate capacity assumptions.
• Clinical Relationship Development & Capacity Strategy: identify, develop, and manage relationships with clinical partners to support new and existing program needs; secure affiliation agreements.
• Clinical Requirements & Entry Pathways: document site-specific requirements for securing clinical placements and onboarding requirements.
• Pre-Launch Clinical Readiness & Operational Handoff: establish initial clinical partnerships and readiness activities for first cohort in new markets.
