Job summary

ACES ABA seeks a Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation to lead ABA assessments and intake processes across clinic and telehealth settings. You will guide clients from intake to treatment, organize team workflows, and support ongoing staff training with the clinical director.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field with BCBA certification and several years of supervision experience, plus strong MS Office skills and a commitment to ASD care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field and BCBA/clinical license.
• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of clinical supervision as a BCBA.
• 5+ years experience with ASD or related special needs is preferred.
• 5+ years training/education related to ASD.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Background check and necessary clearances.
• Comfort with home, community, school, clinic, and military base settings.
• Ability to lead small staff groups and engage teams.
• Strong desire to develop staff skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

The ACES Treatment Initiation Manager provides the initial in-person or telehealth clinical intake meeting and sets forth ABA treatment by identifying long-term objectives of the client and their family.Essential Job Responsibilities:Working under the supervision of the Area Director, essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provides timely and accurate assessments to clients in the clinic, home, community, or on telehealthUtilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniquesTransitions clients from initial intake to their treatment team and monitor utilization of recommended hours during the first authorization periodAssists the Vice President of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with on-going trainingsReviews treatment overview, processes, and expectations with the family.
