As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you’ll manage the clinical and operational elements of the homecare program, achieving identified targets, metrics of: clinical outcomes/ratings at target or better, productivity, visits/episode, overtime, employee engagement/retention, budget targets. Supervision Exercised Provides functional supervision of agency home care employees.
