Accurate Home Care in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an experienced RN to join our Clinical Management Team as an RN Clinical Manager. You will supervise care providers, support orientation and training, and apply the nursing process to coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, competitive salary starting at $83,000 plus benefits, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required; 2 years of home care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in home care.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and rules.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and liability limits.
• Read, write, and speak fluently in English.
• Up to 50% travel time.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of care providers, including coaching or disciplinary issues and performance management.
• Assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff.
• Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating.
• Complete patient care plans and required documentation for patients and staff.

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a change or supervisor opportunity? Accurate Home Care is looking for an RN like you to help grow the depth of our Clinical Management Team. Our RN Clinical Managers provide supervision of care providers; assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff; and implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating.

What will I be doing?

• Provide supervision of care providers to include coaching or disciplinary issues and performance management.

• Completion of patient care plans and required documentation associated to patients and staff
• Communicate with physician and other members of multidisciplinary patient care team to implement care coordination of a patient from preadmission to discharge ensuring proper communication of patient care needs to the appropriate professionals.

Qualifications: What do I need to bring to the job?

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross, renewed at recommended frequencies
• 1 year of supervisory experience required, in the home care field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in home care
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and rules
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and liability limits
• Read, write, and speak fluently in English
• This position requires up to 50% travel time
