Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Williston and Rutland, Vermont offices as Clinical Manager.

Lead clinical staff, oversee care planning, conduct client visits, and mentor nurses while promoting high-quality home health care in the community. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with base salary of $85,000–$90,000 plus a quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home Health Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.

What You'll Do as a Clinical Manager

As a Clinical Manager, you’ll combine hands‑on clinical expertise with leadership and mentorship to help your team deliver exceptional home health care.

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate, mentor, and support field nursing staff while fostering a collaborative, patient‑focused team culture.
• Deliver Clinical Excellence: Conduct client visits and nursing assessments throughout the Williston and Rutland service areas and surrounding communities.
• Oversee Care Planning: Develop individualized plans of care and monitor their implementation to promote quality outcomes and continuity of care.
• Support and Supervise Clinicians: Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and ongoing support to nurses working in the field.
• Welcome New Team Members: Facilitate new‑hire orientation and help nurses feel confident, prepared, and supported in their roles.
• Promote Professional Growth: Participate in nurse training, staff education, and in‑service programs that strengthen clinical knowledge and skills.
• Champion Quality Care: Help maintain high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and compliance while supporting the needs of clients, families, and staff.

What You'll Need
