Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) HomeCare Knoxville is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to lead patient care services and supervise clinical staff in our home care agency.

The Clinical Manager will coordinate referrals with patients, families, hospitals and physicians, ensure staffing to meet patient goals, and oversee transition to Kinnser electronic records; staffing and quality care drive daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or Compact state.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience, with home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Able to meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain the best clinical staff.
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians.
• Ensure staffing levels to provide care and meet patient needs.
• Educate and monitor the quality of care provided.
• Assist in transition to electronic records (Kinnser).

NHC HomeCare Knoxville is looking for a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Tennessee or compact state
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Supervisory experience
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements
