Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club is seeking a Clinical Manager for the PAT PreOp/PACU. You will oversee patient care coordination, staff development, and resource utilization, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op and PACU, and serving as staff or charge nurse as needed. BSN preferred; Texas RN license required; BLS/ACLS on hire with PALS/ENPC within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN License.
• Current BLS & ACLS upon hire, must get PALS/ENPC within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and department operations.
• Develop staff and manage resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op and PACU.
• Act as staff nurse or charge nurse when needed.
