Job summary

Winston-Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the counseling team in an outpatient MAT setting. You will ensure high-quality care in alignment with MAT protocols, state and federal regulations, and CARF standards.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, and adherence to ethical practices while coordinating with medical providers and community partners to support patients with Opioid Use Disorder.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral or related field with 2 years clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or related field with 3 years clinical experience.
• Associate’s degree in behavioral or related field with 4 years clinical experience.
• Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
• Monitor counselor’s compliance with productivity requirements and develop improvement plans when requirements are not met.
• Make staff assignments and create schedules; update support staff when changes are made.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews as needed.
• Perform chart audits and communicate results of audits to staff.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
• Involvement in crisis intervention and liaison with community as needed.
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
