Job summary

Watsontown Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare’s network, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program. You will oversee care delivery, ensure policies are followed, and support staff in achieving treatment goals.

The role requires 2+ years of supervised counseling, 1+ year in a supervisory capacity, and strong MAT protocol knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience is required

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff in an outpatient OTP recovery environment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and CARF/JCI standards
• Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans as needed
• Assign staff, create schedules, and update support staff
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews and audits
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of clinical staff
• Engage in crisis intervention and community liaison activities
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff
