Charleston Comprehensive Treatment Center in Charleston, WV, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to guide a clinical team in an outpatient MAT OTP setting. You will ensure quality care, compliance with CARF, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2, and oversee workflows and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of clinical experience in health or human services.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of clinical experience; Associate’s with 4 years experience.
• Degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff in an outpatient OTP recovery setting.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, CARF, and policies.
• Monitor productivity and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Conduct staff scheduling, training, and recruitment support.
• Lead treatment plan reviews and chart audits.
