Jackson Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Jackson, MS is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP). You will oversee patient care, ensure policy adherence, and drive workflow efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in a behavioral field with 2 years of clinical supervisory experience and is credentialed per Mississippi DMH requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency.
• Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
• Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans when requirements are not met.
• Make staff assignments and create schedules; update staff when changes occur.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews as needed.
• Perform chart audits and communicate audit results to staff.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
• Collaborate during crisis intervention and act as liaison within the community as needed.
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
