• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
• Current clinical or social work license required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follows the operational guidelines for assigned programs including child/adolescent, military, and other specialty programs.
• Oversees staff performance evaluations and provides feedback, including counseling or corrective action as needed.
• Communicates with the Director of OP or DCS to address issues related to programming, staffing, and operations.
• Oversees and completes chart audits and ensures chart compliance with treatment plans.
• Ensures interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented per clinical standards.
• Oversees the transportation program, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
