Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking an Executive Director for a high acuity inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse facility in the Grinnell, Iowa area. The role is full-time and on-site, reporting to executive leadership, with responsibility for clinical services and operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of senior management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to align regulatory compliance with quality patient care. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, employee training, competency reviews, performance improvement, and recruitment activities.
• Maintain a safe, well-functioning facility by overseeing vendors, repairs, technology, emergency preparedness, and incident follow-up.
