Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Clinical Manager who is a licensed behavioral health professional in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

The role includes providing clinical supervision to staff and delivering trainings during New Employee orientation and throughout the year. Working with the Clinical Director, the manager will develop trainings based on identified needs to improve clinical competencies and service delivery, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health and licensed at the associate or independent level with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 1-3 years of full-time Behavioral Health Care related work experience preferred but not required.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Current AZ Driving License.
• Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and unscheduled clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff and teams.
• Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.
• Conduct scheduled clinical staffing and on-call consultations to guide and direct clinical teams.
• Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments and provide feedback with staff sign-off.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Operations team to ensure effective clinical programming and compliance with policies and contracts.
