BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager. You will lead a dedicated team of clinicians, provide mentorship, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care in the home and community setting.

As a Clinical RN Manager, you will supervise staff, conduct visits, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Previous hospice experience is required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.
• Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with adult and geriatric clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new clinicians.
• Support the training, development, and ongoing education of clinical staff.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and educational programs for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.

Clinical Manager (RN) – Hospice

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager (RN required). Our team provides compassionate, best-in-class hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living communities.

As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a dedicated team of clinicians while helping ensure our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout their hospice journey.

As a Clinical RN Manager, you will:

• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.
