Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community in Arizona is seeking a Clinical Manager of Crisis Services to lead the 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Mobile Team and strengthen partnerships with police, EMS, hospitals, and first responders. The Clinical Manager of Crisis Services will lead SRPMIC’s 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Mobile Team, work closely with Crisis Stabilization leadership, and help strengthen a coordinated crisis continuum rooted in clinical excellence, strong partnerships, culture, and compassion.
You will oversee crisis operations, support complex clinical decision-making, strengthen partnerships across Behavioral Health Services and the community, track outcomes and performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve how people move through the crisis system.
