Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical areas, including OR and Pre-OP/Post-Op, and to lead process improvements for efficiency and patient experience.

Reporting to the Administrator, you will collaborate to promote fiscal accountability, revise policies, and evaluate staff performance while ensuring credentialing, safety, risk management, and delivery of high-quality patient care.

At Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento, we believe health and care are inseparable. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas -including OR and Pre-OP/PostOp- and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager - Endoscopy will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Salary Range: $124,880 - $146,600 annual depending on experience
