Job summary

Piedmont-Healthcare is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Cath Lab, Admit Recovery, Cardiac Rehab, and CV Imaging departments. This role emphasizes improving quality of care, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency within a renowned Georgia health system.

The position requires extensive clinical experience, managerial expertise, and current licensure in a relevant field, with a focus on Cardiovascular services across adolescent to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Work Experience: 5 years clinical experience; 3 years management or supervisory experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current licensure/certification (RN, RCIS, Respiratory, Perfusion, etc) upon hire; BLS; ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including HR, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, and change management.
• Part of a collaborative service line management team focused on Piedmont’s mission and values; assist in staffing as necessary and provide cardiovascular care for diverse patient groups.

Responsibilities

Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including management of human resources, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position. Serves as part of a collaborative service line management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and valves of PHC. Assists in staffing as necessary and is able to provide cardiovascular clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric cardiac patients.
