The position requires a BSN (MSN preferred), 5 years in progressive cardiac/vascular/thoracic OR experience, and 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

The Clinical Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership for CVTOR, including quality, financial vitality, and team member and customer satisfaction. The Clinical Manager has direct oversight and 24-hour responsibility of the WMC CVTOR in maintaining appropriate clinical standards for best practice patient care. The Clinical Manager provides direction for Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Surgical Technologists, Anesthesia Technicians, and other job functions of the Main Operating Room.

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
Master's degree in nursing (MSN) is preferred.
Five years of progressive cardiac, vascular, thoracic operating room experience is preferred.
Minimum of three years in a leadership or Charge RN position is required.
