Job summary

ChenMed in the United States seeks an experienced clinical leader to supervise and train primary care providers, maximize model execution, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician-patient satisfaction.

The role is responsible for overall clinical outcomes at the assigned center, center operations collaboration, recruitment of providers, and mentoring PCPs to deliver outstanding results while partnering with the Center Operations Director to support financial

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach PCPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Lead care teams and supervise clinical operations.
• Partner with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to improve financial performance and center growth.
• Lead weekly SH and TCM meetings for process improvement.
• Engage with transitional care teams for patients unable to visit the office.
• Recruit patients and interview additional providers.
• Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP when needed.

Supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs).

Maximize core model execution, improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction.

Accountable for overall clinical outcomes of the assigned center.

Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties.

Focus on leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy and culture.

Assess, diagnose, treat, manage, educate, promote health, and coordinate care for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.

Lead care teams.

Engage with transitional care teams and other resources for patients unable to come to the office.

Lead Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly.

Play an active role in center management and cover for other providers.

Recruit patients and interview additional providers.

Manage, mentor, and coach PCPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.

Partner with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive financial performance and increase center membership.
