CharterCARE Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence, RI, is seeking an experienced nurse manager to lead a 24/7 unit. You will assure quality, cost-effective service delivery, establish standards, and coordinate capital and human resources with clinical governance.

Requirements include Rhode Island RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and seven to ten years of related experience. You will report to ICU leadership and oversee shift 1 staffing, with full-time hours and first-shift

First or mid level officials and managers Full Time regular (64-80 hrs) , 1st Shift , Varied

Summary : Maintains 24 hour accountability for the delivery of quality, cost-effective services of the nursing unit in compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards. Responsible for establishing standards for delivery of services, scope and evaluation of standards. Recommends purchase of capital equipment. Develops, implements and evaluates a management plan which include financial, clinical quality, human resources and professional practice components.

Education: RN licensure required. B.S. in Nursing preferred.

Licensure: Current Rhode Island R.N. Licensure required.

Experience: Seven to ten years directly related experience.
