Human Touch Home Care in Denver, Colorado is seeking an Administrator, Clinical Manager (DON) to oversee care management, quality assurance, and compliance for the home health services.

The role leads a team of nurses and medical professionals, develops nursing policies, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives patient outcomes and safety. Onsite full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years supervising Home Health staff.
• Minimum 3 years Medicare and Oasis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or health-related field.
• Proficiency with medical software and eMAR.
• Strong organization and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required)
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Medicare and Oasis
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field (required)
• Prior experience with computers and medical software, eMAR
• Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively

Job Type: Full-time - Onsite

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
