Human Touch Home Care in Colorado seeks an Administrator, Clinical Manager (DON) to lead care management, QA, and compliance for our home health agency. You will manage a team of nurses and medical professionals, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license (required).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Medicare and Oasis.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field (required).
• Experience with computers and medical software (eMAR).
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid standards.
• Excellent organization skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and support a team of Nurses and Medical Professionals with varying credentials in a fast-paced home health agency.
• Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision, and core values
• Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures
