Human Touch Home Health Care is seeking an Administrator, Clinical Manager (DON) to oversee care management, quality assurance, and compliance for our home health services in Colorado. This role leads nurses and medical professionals, develops policies, and ensures regulatory adherence while promoting patient safety and high-quality care.

The position requires an active Colorado RN license, 3+ years of supervisory experience in Home Health, and strong experience with Medicare/OASIS.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Medicare and Oasis.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field.
• Experience with computers and medical software, eMAR.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.

• Lead, direct and support a team of nurses and medical professionals in a fast-paced home health agency.
